Shipping policy

Where we deliver. Across the UAE, all seven emirates. Not internationally yet.

Cost. Free on orders of AED 90 and over. A 6-pack gets you there on its own. Below AED 90, delivery is AED 10 per order.

How fast. Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same or the next working day. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days from your order, depending on the emirate. Public holidays add a day. You’ll get tracking as soon as it leaves us.

Heat. It’s a dry mix in a sealed cup: no cold chain, nothing to melt. Summer’s fine. Store it somewhere cool and dry when it arrives.

If something goes wrong. Late, damaged or missing? Message us with your order number and we’ll sort it.
