1. Add the mix. Empty the sachet into the cup.
2. Add the water. Fill the little measuring cup level and pour it in (that's 30 ml).
3. Mix it really well. Until there's no dry powder left, especially at the bottom.
4. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. It rises, then settles.
5. Rest it inside the microwave for 30 seconds. It finishes setting. Then eat it warm, straight from the cup.

Not quite right? If the middle still looks wet, give it 5 more seconds. Then rest it the full 30: that half-minute does more than you'd think.
