Each cup is 99 calories, 13g protein, no added sugar, and 30 seconds in a microwave. Choose your six on the gift box page.
One box goes to one address. Sending to several people? Please place a separate order for each, so every box travels with its own card.

How to make it
How to make it
- Add the mix. Empty the sachet into the cup.
- Add the water. Fill the little measuring cup level and pour it in (that's 30 ml).
- Mix it really well. Until there's no dry powder left, especially at the bottom.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds. It rises, then settles.
- Rest it inside the microwave for 30 seconds. It finishes setting. Then eat it warm, straight from the cup.
Not quite right? If the middle still looks wet, give it 5 more seconds. Then rest it the full 30: that half-minute does more than you'd think.
